You have to start it... I really, really didn't want to train today. But once I got going, I was fine. It turned out to be a pretty decent workout. I lifted this morning & put time in on the ube this afternoon. To get my power up, which is needed to get my speed up, I need to get stronger. So my mini quick lifts won't cut it. I did quite a bit of lat work today. It'll be interesting to see if I'm sore tomorrow.
The wheel is still getting fixed. Turns out it requires a very special size.... hopefully I can pick it up tomorrow & be back on the bike on Friday.
