I have to say training was excellent today! 15 min @ 70 rpm, 30 watts to warm up, then 49 min @ ~75-80 rpm, 45 watts.

However, my music died w/about 20 min left & I promptly got too bored.... the ube is great, I love it.... but indoor stationary training is boring.... gotta get on a bike soon.

And so I stopped 11 min short... my goal was 60 min @45 watts. But I'm not tired, it wasn't physically hard.... looking good!! 45 watts is ~70% of my estimated peak power

I'm off to enjoy this AMAZINGLY beautiful day... (and to get a little lunch)
