Because when I'm really stressed out after working all weekend & need to detox
1. it's generally sunny & warm, so I can drive with the sunroof open & windows down
2. key largo is ~1 hour away.... nothing like the keys to oppose the craziness of miami
3. the concrete divider on US 1 on the bridge going over to Key Largo is painted a lovely shade of turquoise...
4. cuban coffee & a slice of peanut butter pie..... cuban coffee is good stuff!
5. from DJ's diner in Key Largo...cute, friendly place
6. they were playing the Grease soundtrack...awwww
7. and then drive back for class at 4:30 today...sunroof down, windows open enjoying the sun!
i did have a spinach salad with my pie......it was good...
I'm a bit more relaxed now... ready for the final push for my April 8th deadline.... And then I'll take thurs-sun to unwind.... grants can be stressful...But I'm grateful for the opportunity.
