warming up.....

It went from Miami's version of spring to summer in one day... Seriously.....

It was 76 @ 6:53 am this morning, dew point = 71....... Today's high is supposed to be near 90..

In other news I didn't have a good workout today... short and uncomfortable... definitely a result of how I ate last night.. *sigh* I know better, but yet I still do it....

All is not lost! I can do another one today after I feel better... I don't feel bad, I just don't feel great enough to do a killer workout...But....mornings are not my best workout time on the best of days, it just happens to be the best time from a schedule point of view. Since I really feel the need to get a solid workout in today, odds are I'll make it fit this afternoon..

Sorry you had a bad workout. It sounds like you have a healthy diet. Out of curiosity what happens if you are bad and eat something I tend to enjoy like a tasty brautwurst on a roll with mustard and saurkraut (good German beer optional)?

I eat healthy mostly. Last night was multiple glases of wine and a banana foster like dessert. I felt fine until I started to train & then my blood pressure kept tanking. I was a little dehydrated from the wine & eating that much sugar always puts me outts whack the next day.

A beer, dog, and cabbage wouldn't faze me at all... I might have to do that this weekend!

Rachel, I find gender and food choices an interesting mix. I have the opposite blood pressure issues from you--I need to keep my BP down. It was in the 60s in NY!

I'm sure you'll bounce right back, I would expect nothing less if you!
