today's ride - part 4 - miles 45-57

DONE!!! I'm gonna feel this one tomorrow. We all have 'super powers'.. you know, those things about us that are just a wee bit different than most people we know. Well, I'm convinced one of my super powers is that I really don't get sore very often. I can do insane workouts & feel fine the next day. And when I get sore, I get sore quicker & it goes away quicker than for most.

That, or everyone else just complains about it more.... Regardless.... I think I'm gonna be sore tomorrow..., stiff at the very least..

The last 12 miles took 77 minutes... Not too bad considering the work I had done before & considering that I upped the resistance on the rollers from the previous 17 miles...Not as hard as the 5 miles in 50 minutes, but something close to the first 8 or 23...

I did it. All 57.. And I challenged myself and made it tough. And without having a clue how hard it might be come October, I'm satisfied with today's effort.

I think most people complain more than you about being sore. Or maybe you don't realize what sore really is -since you are so discplined. :)
