more bike stuff

hopped on the bike this evening to give it a go. I definitely have some adjusting & rigging to do to make it trainable. Will do that Saturday. Saturday is devoted to tuning the bike to me.

So instead I did a quick lift today. Its my minimal shoulder health protecting, transfer enhancing lift.

external rotators
lat pull throughs
triceps extensions

for a mini lift like today its 3 sets of 10-15 of each. the weights are light, but the muscles are fairly well isolated, no complex multi joint movements, so light weights are all I need. There was a period where I lifted heavy, but not these days. I know what I need. two mini lifts a week keeps me where I need to be. I should add rows to this, but I'm kinda lazy right now & can get away w/out them. Rows do help my posture though, so perhaps I'll add them back in.

Gotta fast tonight b/c I'm getting blood work done tomorrow. Not excited about not eating until about 10am. Not excited at all. Your truly WILL be eating late tonight... still enough for a 9 hour fast. My blood pressure get SO LOW in the morning when I don't eat. I'm going to have to push the fluids tomorrow to help keep it up in the morning..

Oh yes, I will be eating a FANTASTIC breakfast after they get done with me.
