Woooooooooo! 90 minutes

Haha... today was the first day I did 90 min on the ube. I set the watts @ 35 & cranked right through. I really didn't get tired, the shoulders feel good, I didn't overheat...... And the boredom didn't get to me. Yay! Oh, and the back is almost healed up, good stuff. I'm getting closer to getting on a bike, maybe even next weekend.

In other news, this was a CRAZY week, a tough week. I collapsed into bed wed & thursday night, utterly exhausted. i didn't workout tues-thursday. Part of that was planned, part of it just happened. I think my body needed the rest. Why so busy?

Ah....one of my co-workers died the previous week and the funeral was wednesday. It was a tough, tough day emotionally, just exhausting. Also, my lab was hosting a small meeting, so we had to run from the funeral to pick up our guests & then we met for dinner. Dinner was nice, but it was good to get to bed. Up early on thursday, played host for our guests and for the meeting, and then was asked to help out another person. I said sure, but that "helping" kept me @ work till 6pm..... just about a 12 hour day. And then friday, I finished up my new obligation to "help", which had me scrambling all day.. At least I fit in a workout friday. Rn from helping to fencing practice & then by the grocery store on the way home. I finally got to bed @ 2am this morning.... only to be awakened by my neighbor' music @ 7:30.

eh, but that's life... It is good, it is fun, but sometimes it's a little tiring
